Developing Instructional and Design Skills for National Training in: Giemsa Malaria Microscopy, Quality Assurance and Slide Bank Operations
It is proposed to hold a Course to develop a nucleus of workers competent to establish national training in Basic Giemsa Malaria Microscopy (BGMM), Quality Assurance (QA) and Slide Bank Operations. Such training will address current needs for improved standards in malaria microscopy, based on recently agreed international recommendations and guidelines. Course description is now available here. ACTMalaria Partner Libraries
Five (5) libraries and two (2) institutions have agreed to be ACTMalaria's partner in providing informative materials and resources for AIRC. They contribute to the Resource Center by uploading research articles published and unpublished from their institutions and their country. Soon, more agencies and information centers will collaborate with AIRC in providing up-to-date malaria information.
